BOOKING & DEPOSITS
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This will be deducted from the cost of your treatment.

CANCELLATIONS
We require more than 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
With more than 48 hours’ notice, your deposit will be transferred to a future appointment. Deposits are non-refundable.
With less than 48 hours’ notice, or if you do not attend your appointment, your deposit will be retained and a new deposit will be required to rebook.

IMPORTANT — CANCELLATIONS CANNOT BE MADE ONLINE
Our booking provider may display a “Manage Booking” option; however, online cancellation is not enabled by Fior Health & Beauty. If you cannot see an option to cancel, this is not a system error.

Attempting to cancel through the online booking system does not notify the salon and therefore does not constitute notice of cancellation.

Please do not use WhatsApp or social media to cancel or change appointments, as these channels are not continuously monitored.

OPENING HOURS & MESSAGES
The salon is closed on Sundays and Mondays. Voicemails and emails received while we are closed will be dealt with when the salon reopens.

The timestamp of your voicemail or email will be used when determining the notice provided.

LATE ARRIVALS & NO-SHOWS
Late arrival may result in your treatment being shortened or, where there is insufficient time to carry out your treatment safely and professionally, your appointment being cancelled.

No-shows will result in the loss of your deposit.

CLIENT CONDUCT & RESPECT
We will always treat our clients with courtesy and professionalism and ask that our team is treated with the same respect.

We are always happy to discuss questions, concerns or disagreements professionally, however, aggressive, abusive, intimidating, threatening or disrespectful behaviour or communication will not be tolerated, whether in person, by telephone, email, WhatsApp or social media.

Fior Health & Beauty reserves the right to end communication, refuse service and decline future bookings where behaviour towards our team is considered unacceptable.
